Recall of Garmin nüvi GPS Devices [updates]

I have been thinking if there's any reported case for this issue, and I just come across this article. It said there have been 9 report cases of battery overheating, but there's no injury reported. That means battery-on-fire has not been seen. It's good Garmin reacts quickly to this before worst case appears.
